Appointment Procedure

※ The above mentioned procedures are applied to tenure-track faculty. / Please refer to the recruitment notice for the appointment procedures of Visiting Professor.

Qualification Requirements Per Position

Position Minimum Standard for Position Determination
Assistant Professor College of Transdisciplinary Studies
  • A person with a Ph. D.
Graduate School
  • A person with a Ph. D.
  • SCI(E) level theses as first author, registered international patents, and technology transfers, total of 3 or more cases
Associate Professor College of Transdisciplinary Studies
  • Minimum of 4 years in research experience, educational experience, or hands-on experience after earning Ph. D.
Graduate School
  • Minimum of 4 years in research experience, educational experience, or hands-on experience after earning Ph. D.
  • SCI(E) level theses as first author, registered international patents, and technology transfers, total of 8 or more cases
Professor College of Transdisciplinary Studies
  • Minimum of 8 years in research experience, educational experience, or hands-on experience after earning Ph. D.
Graduate School
  • Minimum of 8 years in research experience, educational experience, or hands-on experience after earning Ph. D.
  • SCI(E) level theses as first author, registered international patents, and technology transfers, total of 15 or more cases
